Estonian Prize for Architecture 2015

This year’s annual awards in the field of Estonian architecture were handed out on December 4th at a gala evening in Tallinn Creative Hub. The awards were given out in different categories by the Association of Estonian Interior Architects, the Association of Estonian Landscape Architects, the Association of Estonian Architects and the Estonian Cultural Endowment. The three professional associations in the field of architecture awarded prizes together for the first time.

The Association of Estonian Interior Architects prizes were awarded in eight categories: Modern Home Audience Award, best historical interior, best office, best home, best exhibition, best restaurant, best public space and best installation. The Association of Estonian Landscape Architects awarded its Achievement of the Year Award and the Association of Estonian Architects gave the Association’s Award of 2015.

The Estonian Cultural Endowment’s prizes were awarded in five categories: award for the work in the field of architecture, renovation, restoration, architecture and the Award of the Year in Architecture.

An exhibition introducing all the nominees is open at the Estonian Museum of Architecture (Ahtri 2, Tallinn) from 30 December until 17 January.
